Auralé ships within the United Kingdom only using Royal Mail.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding bank holidays).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Auralé is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
